That night we almost had an Irma refugee lineup on the show.. 09/13/17

For a minute, there was talk of a hurricane refugee throwdown tonight, when THREE Harmony webcast veterans had to evacuate from various parts of Florida for Hurricane Irma. Perhaps if it had happened a few nights ago.. As of now, everyone is safely relocated or back home – so we’re (mostly) glad.

Tonight’s Lineup:

9p – Bird – Alloy, Majik City Radio – drum&bass
10p – Menace – Alloy
11p – Ralph Lindstrom – Harmony – (Karen hopes for the stuff he discovered a couple of nights ago)

Yessir, it’s another Fourth of July in the Harmony parking lot, with gorgeous fireworks high over Vulcan (Birmingham’s mascot and the world’s tallest cast iron statue. I promise.) People are beginning to flood Southside, Homewood, and anywhere they can see Vulcan. Scary, but they even pull over on the interstate to watch at 9pm.

We’ll start tonight at 8, to get going before the craziness. If you’re already in your spot, and want something most excellent to listen to for now, we highly recommend our beloved friends at Majik City Radio, streaming live right now:

By the way: Tonight you can watch us everywhere except on an iPhone. All other phones/tablets/whatever work. kk

The whole city lolled away the Southern equivalent to a “snow day.”  Which means no tornadoes, but we are super chilled. And tonight? Enjoy the show!
